Welcome to my personal journey.
I am Pia ā a 57-year-old deaf woman, mother of a CODA daughter and someone who has been through a lot, but never gave up.
My life is a butterfly journey: from pain, struggle and darkness, to growth, light and freedom.
On October 20, 2025 I had surgery on my stomach ā a gastric bypass.
That was the beginning of a new chapter in my life.
I am learning to listen to my body again, to eat differently, to feel differently, and to rediscover myself little by little.
Here I share my story, my feelings, my recovery, my dreams and my search for peace and beauty.
